Widget not appearing on my site
- Check that the script tag is correctly placed before </body>
- Verify that your client ID is correct (check dashboard → Install Script tab)
- Make sure your page has at least 200 characters of readable text
- Check browser console (F12) for errors
- Clear your browser cache and reload
Summary is inaccurate or incomplete
AI is not perfect. You can:
- Edit the summary manually from the "My Summaries" tab
- Add a custom prompt in the Appearance tab to guide the AI
- Click "Regenerate" to get a fresh summary
- If the issue persists, report the summary using the "Report" button on the widget
My monthly quota was used up quickly
Each unique page generates one summary (cached). Repeated views of the same page do not count. If you have many unique pages, consider upgrading to Creator or Pro plan.
I forgot my client ID
Log into your dashboard. The script tag is displayed in the "Install Script" tab.
